About the Metropolitan District

The Loveland Midtown Metropolitan District is an independent, special district, a form of local government regulated by the County of Larimer and the State of Colorado. Our primary purpose is to finance the public infrastructure and improvements required for development. But that’s not all! We also provide ongoing public services such as park maintenance, landscaping and snow removal.
