How to pay my fees and what fees do I pay as a property owner?

When is my payment due and how am I notified? 

Payments are due within 30 days of assessed fee or upon received application.

  • A $5.00 late fee will be assessed if the payment is received more than 30 days past the due date.

  • Statements are mailed or emailed to the contact information listed on your online portal.

Why did I get this fee?
