Architectural Review

All exterior alterations must have approval by the Architectural Control Committee “ARC” prior to installation. Application and plans for improvements to the home or lot should be submitted via email or mail and the review fee mailed to:

If you prefer to pay the review fee online, please indicate this on your application or in the email to the District and an invoice will be placed in the new online payment portal.
