Covenant Enforcement

During our regular site inspections, we are noticing an increased number of trash and recycling containers being left in locations visible from the street. Please help us in keeping our community clean, and compliant with covenants, by rolling your receptacles to a location screened from the street and alley. A trash can left past pick-up day can result in a warning letter and possible fine for multiple infractions.
